Today we’ll be doing an in-depth review on New Dawn Kratom, a popular Kratom vendor that started to gain attention at the beginning of 2021, many users switching from Coastline to them.

Most reviews will start with stating how great New Dawn Kratom is, but here, I want to start with highlighting the problems we encountered with our orders until now.

For the first order, we had a hard time placing the order because their website was not allowing us to have different billing and shipping address – we had to contact support to get the order placed (they replied instantly via email, which is quite impressive and we managed to place our order). It seems like they fixed this problem now, we had no more problems when placing the other orders since then.

The second thing we did not like was the fact that we were not able to pay via BTC. Support told us that they are working on implementing BTC as a method of payment but until then, this will be a downside for us. (Update – this seems to be fixed now)

Why New Dawn Kratom is now our Favorite Vendor (Pros)

We covered the downsides, now, let’s see what made New Dawn our favorite Kratom vendor. First of all – their support is amazing. I got my email replied to, minutes after sending it on a Friday night (10pm). This is quite impressive!

The prices are very good, I think it’s the cheapest Kratom I’ve ever bought, and at the same time, it’s as good (if not even better) as its most expensive alternatives. I simply love their White Borneo Kratom – It’s my favorite strain by far (and also very potent!).

We got our orders shipped in around 4 days on average (we noticed the same problem when reading other reviews of new Dawn Kratom), but right now USPS seems to be delaying a lot because of COVID. The real reason why we appreciate the “4 days” delivery is because the guys over at New Dawn Kratom shipped our order hours after we’ve placed it. Once again, amazing work on their backend.

Conclusion on our New Dawn Kratom Review

Overall, we ended up loving being a customer at New Dawn Kratom – amazing support, great prices, good shipping time, and an absolutely amazing product. Besides the small problems we had when ordering for the first time, they did progress since then, and we can say for sure we’ll order again from them!
